要翻关於马卡龙的editorial
有些地方蒐寻过了还是不太清楚...
1.

They指的是马卡龙的制作
那这里的hard core 是指什麽???
喜欢吃硬一点的马卡龙吗...?
而他在讲蛋清的时候说
ones that have been left to age for a few days in the refrigerator
是说必须要在冰箱存放几天的蛋清尤佳吗?
可是这点跟查到的马卡龙食谱有点抵触...
