Jogging, ascending a stairway may improve your bone density. Supplying

November 23, Department of Health, National Health Research Institute, and
the Taiwanese Osteoporosis Association announce the new edition of
Osteoporosis Clinical Treatment and hope to help more than millions of
patients stay away from the threat of Osteoporosis.

and ascending a stairway these different kinds of aerobic exercise may
obviously enhance the bone densities of many important positions for
menopausal women.
Mrs. Su aged sixties is a typical osteoporosis patient. In recent years, she
falls down frequently, which causes crack or break of her wrist and rib and
makes her miserable.
This year, Department of Health sanctions Denosumab on the treatment of
osteoporosis for menopausal women. It would decrease the risk of future
fracture significantly by subcutaneous injection every six months.
