如题，请教两段中翻英，先谢谢大家。
1. 谈到学习英文，以往我们都强调培养听、说、读、写能力，但是现在则应该增加所
谓翻译的能力，学的英文才真正应用。
我的试译:
When it comes to English learning, we all emphasize the development
of listening, speaking, reading and writing before, but now we should
increase the so called translation ability, so that we can really apply
what we have learned.
2.从小学到高中，所有老师在教学上必须依照课程网要，达成能力指标的要求。然而
，这项教学的最高指导原则，是否合理，是否符合实际的现场教学，似乎很少被挑战。
我的试译:
From primary to high schools, in teaching, all the teachers have to follow
the curriculum guidelines to achieve the demand of competence indicators.
However, whether the highest principle of teaching is resonable and
corresponded with the actual teaching spots seems seldom to be challenged.
