标题[英中] 请问proven reference是啥？

最近翻译到一个求职资料提到
total of 8-15 years of multi-functional, international working experience,
with well-know education background,
"2-3 years proven reference",
high level of mobility and adaptability,
and English proficiency communication skills.
试译如下
8-15 年的国际「多功能」工作经验（怪怪的）
高等教育程度
2-3 年？？？（看无，好像是推荐信，但似乎又怪怪的）
配合度高（似乎不够贴切）
流利的英文沟通能力
Some headcounts with problem of regional approval
become contracted position instead.
部分的职缺因为「地方认同」的关系，改为约聘制。（感觉似乎误译了，连我自己都看无）
不晓得板友可否分享看法？
