我的疑问主要是
蓝色打亮的地方
"possession"的意思实在不确定该翻译做什麽
是"所有权"吗？或者是"有权占有"？
而
暗黄色的字意思也不是很确定
希望可以帮我看一下，谢谢。

The filing of a petition under section 301, 302, or 303 of this title,
or of an application under section 5(a)(3) of
the Securities Investor Protection Act of 1970, does not
operate as a stay—
