标题[英中] 翻译试题求批

在下最近正在做翻译题以求提升英文能力
底下是今天练习的部分，烦请各位高手不吝指教，
感激不尽。

英译中:
(一)The government coalition collapsed amid budget bickering, so the Prime
Minister tendered his resignation, but he’ll stay on to head a caretaker
government.
联合政府於预算的争执中垮台，因此总理递交了辞呈，但他将会留下来领导临时政府。
(二)Globalization is conducive to the exchange of information, but with the
ubiquity of 3C products, personal communication has also irrevocably changed.
全球化有利於讯息交流，但是随着无所不在的3C产品，个人通信也有不可磨灭的改变。
中译英:
(一) 油价飙涨而经济停滞。经济不景气的问题归咎於高风险借贷和不动产泡沫化。
Oil price goes extremely high and financial growth stop. The problems of
economic recession blame to debit and credit with high risk and the bubble of
real estate
(二) 叙利亚持续动荡不安，2011年二月联合国秘书长介入斡旋提出停火协议要求叙利
亚
政府与反政府军队於四月十日起停火，然而该日过後双方仍有交火发生。
Syrian keeping in a turmoil, In 2011 February, United Nations
Secretary-General intervened in mediation and put forward the cease fire
agreement to asked the government of Syrian and the army of antigovernment
cease fire on April 10th. However, after this day both sides still have
firefight.
