请问各位前辈下面这一句新闻稿要怎麽翻比较符合原文（中文）的意思呢？
原文：
「除了推出新车Gogoro 3 之外，陆学森也宣布将开放机车行加盟，成为 Gogoro 的产品
推广中心。」
试译：
In addition to the launch of the new Gogoro 3, Horace Luke has also announce
d that he will allow the motorcycle stores to franchise as a product promot
ion center for Gogoro.
问题：
最主要不懂的地方是「开放机车行加盟」这个部分，要怎麽才能精准的翻译会比较好呢
？另外这里的「机车行」翻成"motorcycle stores"会过於直译吗？翻成“motorcycle
retailers”会比较精准吗？
