沙发坐的地方有破，现以贴皮补起来。另底部有不小部分被咬破，但仍可以坐。
办公桌底部有点坏掉。
沙发跟办公桌都蛮旧的，但都堪用(详照片)。
需自取，公寓六楼没电梯需自行搬运。
