标题[问题] 请问可以帮忙翻译简讯吗？感激。

有些文字有类似a上面有一点的我无法编辑出。
不晓得会否影响到翻译，因为我也会找别人翻译好的越南文(没有特殊符号)，
发送出去给那女孩，他都说他看的懂。
所以想说不晓得没有打上那些符号会不会影响到翻译。
