标题[.NET] 连接SourceSafe发生错误 0x80004005

连接时会出现这个错误
Cannot contact the Visual SourceSafe Internet Web Service or cannot access
the specified datebase.
The server returned the following error: 无法指出的错误 (0x80004005)
删掉来源重新设定VSS时
会出现这个错误
The SourceSafe Web Service cannot be accessed at the specified address.

https://140.119.84.153//SourceSave/VssService.asmx
The server returned the following error: Unspecified error (0x80004005)
请问有办法解决它吗?
因为这样我完全无法签入或签出甚至取得最新版的专案
