封闭式又不是买了折价就会变溢价
还是要看供需吧
如果绩效很烂，那难保不会越折越多
当然现在市况好，的确有可能赚到折价的部分
至於ETF的好处：
1.不用被抽管理费
（想长期投资的人特别要注意这点）
2.表现趋近大盘，大部分的基金表现都比大盘差
3.台湾的投信业生态非常烂，周转率超级高
（投资人等於还要再吃那些短线进出的手续费）
固定成分的ETF相对比较好
