The living room is $620, and the bed room is $665. The bed room size is 11'9 * 15'8, unfurnished, and share the bathroom with another roommate. The utilities and cable fee is around 50-80 monthly. We are seeking roommate who is non-smoking, easy-going, responsible, and quiet and can sign a lease to 7/21/2008. The apartment is 3 minute walk to Crystal City metro, 10 min walk to Pentagon City mall.
