标题Where can my boyfriend get a cheap haircut in DC?

We live near the Foggy Bottom/GWU metro stop.
My boyfriend needs a haircut, but he doesn't want to
spend too much money.
The haircut doesn't need to be very stylish. Ha ha ha.
Anything will be better than a haircut I would give....
