I'm looking to move out in June but my leasing contract does not end till August 31. Basically when I mov e out, you get to have the apartment in June, July, and August for three months. The apartment is located right in thE George Washington University campus on 20th Street and E Street NW intersection. It's actually right next to Elliott School of International Affairs. Easy access to Foggy Bottom metro and Farrugut West Metro on the Blue/Orange line. It is also about 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest Safeway Grocery store. 3 minutes away from my apartment there's also CVS. Plus you'd be close to the GWU Gelman Library if you're up for some reading environment. IN front of my apartment there's also a starbuck and a Subway sandwich store. Rent is $1175 which includes ALL UTILITIES. Only thing you'd need to pay for yourself is Cable/Internet. Since I can't move out all the furnitures, I'll sell you my bed, drawer, table and chair at an EXTREMELY cheap price since i got them at garage sale in teh first place. If you decide to take this apartment, I can put down the next three months rent for you first provided that you also reimburse me for the same amount up front. In addition I'll also take $300 security deposit, which will be returned to you by the end of August as a precaution that you don't mess up the studio.
