Hi everyone, I have two chances for short-term sublet in the Berkshire apartment in which is very near the American University. Please feel free to forward the following information to those who need a short-term shelter. The first one is a bedroom in a two-bedroom apartment, and it is availabe for 1-2 persons from 15th Aug to 31st Aug. It is possible to count rent daily with a price of $35 per day. Or the price will be more negotiable if you would like to rent this whole period. As long as you can keep clean in sharing areas such as kitchen and bathroom, gals and guys are welcome. Though there might be not furnished yet in this bedroom, the other two female roommates in this apartment are willing to provide/share blankets and some life necessaries with you. The second one is a living room in a one-bedroom apartment and is availabe for one female from 16th to Aug 30st Aug. The rent is counted as either $25 per day or $300 for the whole period. The only requirement for resident is to keep clean in this apartment. Also, this living room is unfurnished, but I will help find basic furniture/necessaries for your short-term stay.
