生活机能佳,走路可到超市、电影院、以及H-Mart
月租$650 包水电、网路、第四台
房间旁另有一间浴室,不会与他人共用
然後,
厨房有一台房东先生不会使用的大同电锅XD(欢迎使用)
房东是一对夫妻
太太是台湾人,寒暑假才会回美国。
先生会讲简单中文。

The room is next to the hall bath (that no one else uses).
Looking for one quiet, green minded, non-smoking,

We are an easy going couple,
