原本两位室友的租约到期 七月中就会搬离
因此如果有今年要来GU、GWU的就可以考虑
地点: River Place South, Lynn St.与Wilson Blvd.交叉口
有邻近的Rosslyn Metro Station及Georgetown U.的校车
走路至学校的Lauinger Library约30分钟
(我走路较快 约20分钟 30分钟是一般速度)
室友: 这是2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom的房型, 要出租其中一个房间 室友是两个男生
租金: 685/month 包水电瓦斯管理费(健身房,游泳池)
只需另缴约30/month的网路电视费
时间: 原租约是到7/20 但是可以提早几天搬入(7/15或更早)
7/20後开始算房租
