标题[问题] 滑鼠滑过以後的连结文字变色

那个.....
我希望我滑鼠滑过去以後，连结的文字可以变色....
爬了文跟查一下，都说把下面这段文字贴上，在去改颜色即可

可我试过了以後发现不行....
因为之前没用过style type写规则,也不知道有没有该注意的地方被我漏了
所以想上来问问，不知道我那边的步骤做错了～QQ

另外，其实我在那边自己尝试，东修西修的结果有一个连结有被我尝试出来～
可不知道为什麽按着步骤後再也出不来（甚至把它程式码复制贴上到别的地方後改连结改字串，结果还是不行）
想问一下，为什麽这组的连结可以变色？？？？？
