标题[问题] Amazon Web Service 注册问题

注册AWS 是照网路上说明注册的
因为帐号目前被锁定 英文用google翻译大概知道原意
但是不清楚处理方式
注册有来信 目前有两个问题
第一封要求护照检查本人 请问真的要传真的吗?

第二封 是信用卡问题
* Amazon is not set up to accept the CVV2 security code associated with
credit cards. Your bank may be able to temporarily lift this requirement.
* The authorization is for a low dollar amount ($1.00), which your bank may
decline.
大概意思知道，就1美元没通过。
有查到Amazon购物不用CVV2那3码。
那要怎麽处理?
希望有使用的专家，能够帮忙解答。
