标题[问题] 国外看不到网页？

网站架在日本Linode，Centos5.6、Kloxo
网页上传到预设目录 /home/admin/ 下
从台湾看都很正常，但浏览器挂国外Proxy看，就无法显示
会出现 apache 的预设页面

预设目录是 /var/www/html/ 还是 /home/admin/ ?
为什麽台湾看正常，海外就连不上呢？
