打开或关闭 Distributed Link Tracking Client 有何影响呢？
我的需求：
1. 可以上网 Update
2. 可以安装 OpenOffice 和 Firefox
3. 让 Firefox 可以跑 Flash
4. 可以跑 PCMan 上 BBS
x. 不需要网路芳邻
y. 不需要列印
我的环境：
1. WindwosXP with SP2
2. Cable 宽频上网 + 分享器
请问：
Distributed Link Tracking Client 这个系统服务可以关掉吗？
