标题[问题] server 2003 SP2 没有办法安装activesync 4.5

我在安装 activesync 4.2 --> activesync 4.5 时
会一直重复安装程式，没有办法完成安装。
系统：
server 2003 SP2
norton anti-virus 10.
SQL server2005 Ent. ed.
Office 2007.
自然输入法。
adobe acrobat reader professional 7.0.9
SAS 统计软体 9.0
MSN LIVE
修复时会出现: internal error 2356. activesync.cab.
弄不懂。
以经尝试关过anti-virus, firewall...没有用。
请各位高手帮帮忙 谢谢~~~
