标题[问题] Vista蓝屏反覆重开机

我的电脑是TOSHIBA M800(新买不到一年), 作业系统是Vista-Home Premium
昨天在睡前灌了新买外接硬碟的备份软体Memeo後开始跑备份
早上起来却发现电脑是死当的状态,而备份也根本没跑完(约莫5%)
而重新开机後登入後约20秒就会跳出蓝屏:
"A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer."
"The driver is mismanaging system PTEs."
"Technical Information: *** STOP: 0x000000DA "
接着系统就会自动重开机,登入後又是蓝屏,开始进入无限的回圈 Orz
就算选择安全模式登入仍会发生同样的状况 T_____________T
於是我打去微软的客服问~他们很自然地推给了TOSHIBA
打去TOSHIBA听没几句就要我把硬碟取出自行备份然後进行还原
难道没有其他的办法的吗?

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your
computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed. If
this is a new installation, ask your hardware or software manufacturer for
any Windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you
need to use Safe Mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer,
press F8 to select Advanced Startup Options, and then select Safe Mode.

3F：→ comipa :开机的时候按几下空白建->F8->选安全模式开机 09/28 20:23
4F：→ comipa :进得了安全模式的话就把你新装的软体移除 09/28 20:23
5F：→ comipa :或是尝试用内建系统还原回到正常的时候 09/28 20:24
