标题[ W10] Illustrator 2022暂存档删除问题

问题内容：
想请问使用Illustrator 存档时跳出暂存档不足无法存档
网路上寻找到APPDATA为Illustrator的暂存档
但删除时会显示TrustedInstaller权限不足的讯息
想询问：
1.APPDATA真的是Illustrator暂存档吗?
2.如果是的话我该如何删除?
