Igor's Lab 2/24日发现安装完 KB5022913 更新後，
萤幕发生严重闪烁，盖掉整个画面：

在闪烁中很难操作电脑，只能勉强开启工作管理员，执行新工作，
浏览档案找到EP的安装档，加命令列选项 /uninstall 才解除安装恢复正常。
2/28~3/1的留言，当EP坏掉的时候，StartAllBack逃过一劫

其实作者也有说，他没有时间处理，（其实是很久之前说的了）
应该是欢迎有能力的人来接手开发。
