两份我都拿去翻译 但是还是看不太懂要补什麽资讯给他们

这样我去体检的时候需要把这封信缴给体检单位 还是我直接体检就好?
我体检後 需要回信吗??
抱歉一第次办 又是收到全英文的信 虽然有简单翻译过 但是还是怕理解错误
希望有人能帮我解答
