效益主义的医疗，大概会导致救急不救重。
急性心肌梗塞，如果能在几个小时内做心导管，及时把冠状动脉打通
病人可能可以继续健健康康的再活二十年
若都不治疗，那死亡率可能有一半
当然，要维持一套能尽量压低Medical Contact-to-Balloon time的系统，也并不便宜
癌症末期，再怎麽用尽一切手段，可能也只能延长一个月
而且很可能是bedridden，drowsy甚至coma的一个月
采取效益主义的话
大概就是把大部分资源投注在救治急性心肌梗塞上面
末期癌症就...
Somehow...我不是很反对这种作法，虽然也说不上赞同。
