在资讯开放的地方,比价人人都会,但是价格战并不是唯一的营运指南。而且我也
讲得很清楚,"theoretically"。这个论点的基础很简单: service costs。
除非你能够拿什麽学理来证明服务可以无成本地进行,否则,在其他变因皆得到控制
的情境下,good service 与 good price 之间有相当程度的排斥关系。
至於服务要做到怎样的程度、价格可以低到怎样的程度,这是车店自己权衡斟酌。
如果你仍然要抱持着 "卖方会无所不用其极地掏我口袋" 的心态来跟车店打交道,
那麽你应该抱着资本论上街头革命还比较实际。

上面这段话未免太托大了。从你之前对於其他人提到零售店向车厂进货的平均成本
数字嗤之以鼻的反应,就可以知道你对於这个产业有多外行。说句坦白话,倘若
真的听你的意见为参考,无异於问道於盲。

有商业规模的买者会以量议价。
有人际手腕的买者会以交情商价。
自行具备技术的老手不必倚赖车店,可以多方询价比价。
唯有无知的买者会走进店里,天真到以为找老板乱杀一通就可以打到八折。
