老是有人在瞎掰外国怎样怎样

“No person shall drive a vehicle upon a highway at a speed greater than is re
asonable or prudent having due regard for weather, visibility, the traffic on,
and the surface and width of, the highway, and in no event at a speed which e
ndangers the safety of persons or property.”

Rule 144 (Law RTA 1988 sects 2 & 3 as amended by RTA 1991)
“You MUST NOT drive dangerously; drive without due care and attention; drive
without reasonable consideration for other road users.”
Rule 145
要求驾驶人：「do not treat speed limits as a target… take the road and traffi
c conditions into account… be prepared for unexpected… where there are junct
ions, be prepared for road users emerging…」

就是要求驾驶负责任的驾驶
将安全放在最高
死版的硬要什麽教条
然後违反自己瞎掰的教条 就赋予自己权利
