标题[问题] 请问一下ADS设定温度及电压变异的问题

ADS 的option 有simulation temperature 跟 model temperature
我正常分别是设16.85 跟 25 我设对吗?
现在要讨论温度变异 像改为0度 85度 100度
simulation temperature model temperature这两格要怎样填阿?
还有电压变异 也可以在option填吗 还是直接把VDD改为我要的值 再去模
