标题[问题] turbo code当source encoder时如何puncturing?

目前有两个 binary source,
每个 binary source 分别由一个coding rate=1/2 进行source encoder,
因此会得到 systematic_1 跟 parity_1, systematic_2 跟 binary_2,
那想问 如何puncture 它们
使得 compressioin rate = 1.63 ??
