标题有个疑惑

这是我修课时看到的
A client-server system uses a satellite network,with the satellite at a
height of 40,000 km.What is the best-case delay in response to a request?
解答写request has to go up and down,and the response has to go up and down.
所以40000x4=16000km 16000/300000(光速)=533(msec)
我是觉得应该只要request go up to satellite,response 再go down, 应该只走了
40000x2,请问为什麽解答写那样呢?
各位高手有什麽见解?大感谢^^
