我前几天买错了一个apps
花了我2.99 USD
经过一番激烈的信件往返後
我拿到了我的退费 :P
所以我想跟大家分享一下我的心得 :)
这篇文章有点长 请见谅

首先 介绍一下我买错的app 叫: "BOGGLE for iPad (Intl.)"
事实上 我之前有趁限时免费买到 "BOGGLE for iPad"
如您所见 两个app 只差在後面的"international"
因为前者是国际版 而後者是只在US store贩售的美国版
而实际上 两个app是一模一样的 只是不同名字&摆在不同商店里罢了
恩 没错 我的帐号常常在US store 与TW store之间切换 两边都有买东西
所以 印象中其实我不是第一次买错BOGGLE for iPad (Intl.)了..........(汗)
老实说 我前前後後买错大概2~3次了吧(不同apps)
这次大概是第3 or 4次
以前退费都非常简单:
寄信说我买错了 很抱歉 希望能退费
然後就会通过人工审核 然後会获得全额退费
我有注意过信用卡帐单 连手续费都会退回来
可是这次 让我深深觉得到
事情不是憨人所想的那麽简单的!!!

7/10的凌晨 我在抓限免的时候
刚好看到BOGGLE for iPad这个以前玩了觉得蛮好玩的游戏
想说很久没玩了
就顺手把他抓下来了
没想到一抓 他就显示2.99 然後心中暗叫一声不妙
然後立刻就回报问题选择: I inadvertently purchased this application
并在意见栏中表明要我买错了app 想要退费

long ago, but accidenntally purchase the app "Boggle for iPad (Intl.)".

然後7/11收到了人工审核的回信
表示此次退费
不通过!
Dear Sean,
I've carefully considered your request for a refund.
While I understand this purchase was unintentional,
your iTunes Store history shows a previous refund for an accidental
purchase on February 17, 2011. Because the iTunes Store has already
made an exception to the Terms of Sale for you,
I cannot grant you a refund for this purchase.

信内主要是写说:
此次退费不通过是因为你以前就已经有因为不小心买错app并退费的纪录 (2011/2/17)
那次已经是为你开的特例,所以这次不能让你退了
老实说 收到信时 心理只想挫赛
我的90块 该不会要不回来了吧
可是还是心有不甘
所以又立刻回信 有点生气的去要退费 :P

sorry, but I can NOT accept this result.
" BOGGLE for iPad (Intl.) " and " BOGGLE for iPad " are identical apps,
based on their web pages, they are same version and even same size, they
are EXACTLY the same apps!
If there are anything different between them (like no ADs, more themes,
HD version,... etc), I would love to take that for granted and buy the
new app, but there're NOT.
Why would I pay for an app that can't bring me anything new?
So. would you please do me a great favor and help me out.
on the other hand, I promise it's the very last time.
I'll be very careful downloading anything in the future.

我已经买过了" BOGGLE for iPad " (我相信他们一定查的到购买纪录)
而且" BOGGLE for iPad (Intl.) " 与 " BOGGLE for iPad "
是一模一样的apps 并不是无广告版,有更多关卡,或HD版等等
他们是同版本甚至同大小的软体
为何我要花钱去买一模一样的东西
并且在最後再保证不会再犯 XD

过了一天
7/12号 没收到回信....
这天还收到了iTunes store信用卡购物的收据
心里想说 真该死
他们该不会就这样把我河蟹掉了吧 ˊˋ

好险事情并没有拖太久
就在刚刚7/13 的凌晨
我终於收到苹果客服的回信了:
Dear Sean,
I hope all is well with you.
This is Madelaine and I'll be helping you with your concern today
After reviewing the circumstances of your case,
we determined that issuing you a refund for your unintentional purchase of
"BOGGLE for iPad (Intl.)" is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store
Terms and Conditions, which state that all sales are final.
In five to seven business days, a credit of $2.99 should be
posted to the credit card that appears on the receipt for that purchase.
The iTunes Store provides a warning message that asks if you are sure that
you want to buy an item. This warning can be turned off. If you would like
to make sure that this warning is on, you can reset the warnings in the
iTunes Store by following the instructions in this article:

简单替他的信内做个总结:
就是他们再考量过我的情况後
根据iTunes Store使用规范中 规定:所有消费都是一次性的
(也就是消费一次终身受用那条)
他决定让我退费了
文末再附上如何开启"消费警示讯息"的教学
收到信後真的是超开心的
而且真的觉得苹果的客服超贴心的
还会建议我要开起消费警示讯息
故事至此终於有个圆满大结局了 ^________^
最後
在此为本篇文章做几个条列式的总结:
1.如果每次都用"不小心买错了"当藉口退费
退太多次是会被苹果拒绝的!!!
2.iTunes Store使用规范中 明订:所有消费都是一次性的
一次购买 终身受用
很多人在重新下载apps时 都很怕会被多扣钱
所以在此帮他们宣传一下
3.以後买东西真的要多注意点了
毕竟自己都向人家保证不会再犯 :P
4.如果(万一)又发生不幸买错apps的事情的话........=口=
不知道换个理由能不能退费 (例如不如预期 等等)
等遇到了再来分享吧 XD
