医师是不行强制灌食，但是要告知病人绝食的後果
所以我想重点应该是在病人是否能够清楚知道这个行为的後果是什麽

Where a prisoner refuses nourishment and is considered by the physician as
capable of forming an unimpaired and rational judgment concerning the
consequences of such a voluntary refusal of nourishment, he or she shall not
be fed artificially. The decision as to the capacity of the prisoner to form
such a judgment should be confirmed by at least one other independent
physician. The consequences of the refusal of nourishment shall be explained
by the physician to the prisoner.
最近欧洲也有一个案子，是13岁患有白血病的女孩拒绝心脏移植
法院後来还派专家跟她讨论，并明白告诉她不移植的话日子不多
最後女孩还是拒绝，但是法院认为她已经充分了解结果
所以後来遵照她的意愿不强制进行心脏移植
