目前认为 factor VIII 是在 endothelial cell 制造,
包括肝脏, 肺脏, 脾脏的血管床以及其他部位. (陆续被证实中...)
简单来说: liver sinusoids 可以, 但是 hepatocytes 不能制造 factor VIII

Sleisenger and Fordtran's Ch.73 的说法有待商榷.
Clotting is the end result of a complex series of enzymatic reactions
involving clotting factors, all of which are produced in the liver
except factor VIII, which is produced by vascular endothelial cells.
