根据Basic & Clinical Pharmacology(9th ed), by Bertram G. Katzung(2004)
p.454
Amantadine is less potent than levodopa and its benefits may be short-lived,
often disappearing after only a few weeks of treatment. Nevertheless, during
that time it may favorably influence the bradykinesia, rigidity, and tremor
of parkinsonism.
上面说明了Amantadine的作用强度较levodopa来得小，疗效也消失得较快。
Amantadine在有颠痫、心衰竭病史的病患上也应慎用，
题干问错误选项，故建议此题答案应更正为(A)(D)。
