小弟去问了客服，得到的回覆是不算points/nights/stays...
不过前文中，有前辈提供的连结是说有算...
这下我也困惑了，不敢妄下结论。希望有经验的朋友可以不吝指教。

Unfortunately stays booked using Gift certificates are not eligible to earn
Gold Passport points or count towards qualified nights.
