标题[航空] ANA可以使用A家金卡福利累积B里程[NH/*A]

小弟因缘际会遇到了不允许使用A家金卡福利 累积B家里程的地勤

投诉完的回信如下
First of all, Star Alliance Gold members are allowed to check in
one additional baggage with priority tag, and are welcomed to use
the ANA lounge at Haneda Airport even if the member chose to register
with other non-status frequent flyers card. However, the agent
at the counter misunderstood that all these services are valid only when
they register the membership number of the Star Alliance gold status
to the system. All agents should have been aware of this and should have
responded accordingly.
