※ 引述《kittylice (粉红的异想世界)》之铭言： : 想请问 : 一个月前订了曼谷的皇冠假日 4/4-4/7 3间房 : 一间最基本的高级双床房是11186泰币，不可取消的预付价已扣款 : 不含早餐，PA发信询问只有升级房间不给待遇也没早餐 : http://ppt.cc/dTXA : 今天手贱查了一下饭店资料，发现台湾旅行社价格便宜好多 : 而且一样的房型含早餐一样的日子三天只要9千多！ : http://ppt.cc/Y-1F : http://ppt.cc/u4SH : 觉得好难过~~~!!一间房差了2千块.我们一共订了3间，差了6千块!!!!! : 虽然是自己没好好比价，也知道这种国内旅行社的无法用BRG : 但依然抱着一丝希望，看看就算不降房价有没有能至少凹到早餐 : 但是因为能的截图都是中文的，发信去曼谷皇冠，他们能看懂吗 : 如果打IHG客服，有可能可以至少谈到一点福利吗 : 不知道大家有没有过这种捶心肝的经验！是否只能认赔 : 因为本人英文不好，加上截图泰国人应该也看不懂 : 打算明天一早就打国语的客服，不知道有没有人有经验怎麽跟他们要求比较容易成功呢 : 本人目前是PA，4/4号入住当天还是我生日阿！真是一点都高兴不起来 : 果然订了之後好像不能手贱乱查阿(其实我本来只是想查加买早餐价多少而已) : 明天有消息会再上来回报！有经验的也希望能分享一下凹待遇姿势 : 真是捶心肝阿~ 回报一下傍晚收到曼谷皇冠假日订房经理的回信 严格来说，我知道价格落差虽然感受不好 但是没有更仔细比较就在官网订，是我自己责任比较大 所以对他们提出的补偿方案，我个人是觉得蛮可以接受，也算有诚意！ 毕竟是拿第三方旅行社比价，离BRG条件也很远， 本来就有抱着他只会说抱歉什麽也不补偿的可能！ 所以他们提出的内容，也符合我的需求，所以我就欣然接受！ 以下是他们主动提出补偿方案给大家参考 1.三间订房都升级一等(本来上个月就写信问过，之前很明确表示只有pa的我可以升等) 2.我昨天在发现差价之前，有先写信问是否可以提早check in 因为我们9点到廊曼机场，预计大概上午11点前就会到达饭店 本来今早针对我先前的询问是回答说帮我备注，但是实际要看房况 现在则是直接说要提供提早C/I服务(这个应该是没有发生这件事也会提供的我猜) 3.同上，在反应房价以前写信问早餐费用跟提早入住的事.回答早餐一人680++ 但是我是P会员，所以提供升一级享有club服务. 可在club楼层用早餐，全天提供茶水咖啡果汁，有HH · Complimentary International buffet breakfast at Crowne Plaza Club Lounge on 31st floor from 6.30 – 10.30 a.m. · Complimentary all day coffee, tea, juices and soft drinks from 6.30 a.m. – 11.00 p.m. · Complimentary “Happy Hour” from 5.00 – 8.00 p.m. PS.这点有点妙的是，一个月之前我就写信问过待遇，当时说是没有待遇， 飞茶跟网友也说曼谷CP之前厚道的待遇今年已取消 cp之前回信说只能帮我房间升一等，隔天网站可以看到房型升一等了 但是昨天还没抱怨房价差的前一封询问早餐费用的回信，却主动提可以进CLUB? 这点不知道是待遇又回来，或是我上次被升一等的房型，误以为还没升过又升一次！ 这个就不确定了，但是打算现场没给待遇的话会打开信件给他看证明有说过会给了！ 4.除了上一封回说可以使用CLUB的，晚上这封补偿方案的早餐提到 我本身的房间可使用免费早餐，其他两间为一般会员，特别提供一间房500++使用早餐， 并强调原本是一人680++，现在是2人500++ 顺便附上信件内容 Dear Mrs. Hung, Greetings from Crowne Plaza Bangkok Lumpini Park, First of all thank you very much for your kind select to stay with us.
