标题[问题] MileagePlus Explorer Card 及相关问题

过阵子在美国打算搭 UA 国内线（SEA->LAX），为了节省托运行李费用，感谢youngsam
建议，思考到申请 MileagePlus Explorer Business Card 的可能性
(几个月前刚关掉 MileagePlus Explorer Card) 。
因为发现MileagePlus Explorer Business Card有 50000 点的 sign-up bonus，
而且是跟MileagePlus Explorer 个人卡分开 churning，於是就申请了，也核可了。
结果发现要订的 UA flight是operated by Skywest Airlines dba United Express。
不知道这一段拿MileagePlus Explorer可以有用first checked bag free吗?
(Chase 有注明FIRST CHECKED BAG - up to $100 value* :
on United-operated flights when purchasing tickets with their United
MileagePlus Explorer Card.)
另外我们将从从搭华航 TPE -> SFO; LAX -> TPE，
可以用我有的星盟金卡(A3)去 status match CI 吗？或是 Alitalia?
