想请问大家这个问题, 因为我写信给slh,但他们回信的意思,我不太清楚 就是换到的这个免房,到底能不能给别人用呢？ 假如我得到了这个voucher,但我给我家人使用, check-in时,我本人并不会出现,这样能够使用吗？ 还是要在使用免房写信确认时,就要跟他说明清楚呢？谢谢 以下是我写的信件 Dear, I have a question about the complimentary night. As per our Terms of Use, the benefits of The Club will not apply to a complimentary night booking and therefore this should not be a problem. The claiming of room nights will be governed by the terms and conditions that are in place at the time the room nights are claimed rather than issued. 大意大概就是要 免房期限一年 要提早两星期订 只能透过写信订 官方帮你看你要的日期可不可以换 免房无待遇 还有一个大重点就是订了免房券就算用过了 所以订了就不能退 etc. 希望能帮到想要了解SLH免房的人 --
