496. Incenter and circumcenter of triangle

令ABC为一个三边长均为正整数的三角形。
令I为此三角形的内心。
令D为直线AI和三角形ABC的外接圆的交点(A≠D)。
定义F(L)为所有符合AC=DI以及BC≦L的三角形ABC里，BC边长的和。
例如，F(15) = 45因为符合条件的三角形ABC有
(BC, AC, AB) = (6, 4, 5), (12, 8, 10), (12, 9, 7), (15, 9, 16)四组。
请求出F(10^9)。
