When you read through an English article or words,
you do understand the meaning without translate into your mother language.
It depends on your size of word pool.
如果以上的回答你可以不翻译就理解
表示你至少有基本的 用英文思考英文 的能力了
反之你可能须要一些专业的训练与指导喔
