Chile Open Cancelled
3/3/2010 2010 Chile Open - ITTF Pro Tour
Regretfully, the ITTF Competition Department announces the cancellation of
the 2010 Chile Open, scheduled for Wednesday 7th to Sunday 11th April in
Santiago de Chile, owing to the devastating earthquake which hit the country
on Saturday 27th February.
ITTF宣布取消2010年原定於4/7~4/11在圣地牙哥举办的智利公开赛
The ITTF accepts and fully understands the decision made by the Chile Table
Tennis Federation (FECHITEME) following the disaster which has killed
hundreds of people and has resulted in great suffering.
Furthermore the newly completed Olympic Centre in the capital, which would
have been the venue for the Pro Tour event, has been seriously damaged.
巡回赛举办的地点---位於首都，新完工的奥运中心遭到严重破坏
The ITTF expresses its full sympathy and solidarity with the people of Chile
and hopes that the Chilean table tennis family recovers as soon as possible.
08年庄智渊曾在此打入八强，双打与吴志祺打入四强
请静待6/16~6/20的印度公开赛
