標題[蛋糕] *全素*蘿拉的不可思議社會正義巧克力蛋糕佐香蕉泥

呼...這個名字還真長...
這個配方是別人的，因為名字太吸引我了，
所以我就原原本本地實做一次。
我覺得這個配方比起一般的無蛋奶蛋糕並沒有什麼特別之處，
一樣可以稱得上鬆軟，但並不綿密，且口味略遜一般麥芬，
因此我做了一個補救的措施：佐香蕉泥，
加在一起吃，味道果然好多了。
但由於原作者下的標題和引言實在太令我印象深刻，
我還是私心想分享出來，不過我未來會改良這個配方，
因為我覺得這個這個配方有很大的進步空間。

Lola's Amazing Social Justice Chocolate Cake
From: Paul A Falvo
This delicious cake is yeast free, and contains no animal products whatsoever.
You can taste the social justice . . .
(Tastes best when made with organic, local ingredients, naturally!)
1 1/2 cups flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sweetner or sugar (vegetarian raw sugar or Sucanet work best,
naturally!)
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water or brewed coffee (fairly traded coffee tastes best,
naturally!)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider vinegar works well)
Mix dry ingedients in greased pan.
Mix in all liquid ingredients except vinegar.
Pour vinegar over it and mix in (batter will foam a little).
Bake 30 min at 375 F
