因為擔任非營利組織的志工，沒有其他人能做，只好硬著頭皮接受政府單位委任給組織
的海報翻譯工作，先前完全沒有翻譯經驗，將原文中文跟我試譯的結果貼出來
請大家多多指教，不吝指出錯誤或有更通順明白的說法
因為是主要貼在醫院或其他衛生機構給菲律賓籍外籍配偶看的海報，
希望能讓她們明白補助計畫的實施辦法，拜託了！

外籍配偶照顧輔導基金醫療補助
補助項目及基準：
（一）外籍配偶設籍前未納健保之產前檢查費用；每胎以補助5次為上限，
每次最多補助600元。
（二）外籍配偶設籍前之生育調節服務費用；裝置子宮內避孕器費用每人1,000元、
女性結紮費用每人10,000元、男性結紮費用每人2,500元。
※以上補助經費，皆以實支實付為原則。
符合補助費用申請者請檢具1.戶口謄本或戶口名簿正本2.居留證或旅行證正本，
向當地衛生所申請產前檢查或生育調節補助個案紀錄聯，到醫療院所就醫，
直接減免補助。

Medicaid of The Care and Counsel Fund for Foreign Spouses
Coverage and Standard：
1. Expenses of prenatal examinations before foreign spouses registered
permanent residence and health insurance：Each fetus will be able to
receive subsidies for 5 times as an upper limit and a maximum of 600
Yuan for each time.
2. Expenses of birth regulating services before foreign spouses registered
permanent residence and health insurance：1,000 Yuan per person for the
installation expenses of an intra-uterine device (IUD)；10,000 Yuan per
person for the feminine ligation and 2,500 Yuan per person for the
masculine ligation.
※ Subsidization above will be offered according to the actual expenditures.
Applicants qualified for the standards, please prepare : (1) a copy or the
progenitor of your certificate of each registered residence (2) the progenitor
of your residence permit or travel certificate. Apply to local health center
for subsidiary case records of prenatal examinations or birth regulating
services and get direct reduction while taking medical treatment in hospitals
or other medical institutions.
