Cream cheese可以做成 Cheese crepes
提供一个配方
Batter:
just Over 1 cup flour
4eggs
approx. 1 2/3 cups milk
1/4 tsp salt
3 oz butter for frying --> 可加可不加
filling:
3 T softened butter
1/3 cup suger
3 eggs
1 1/4 cups baker's cheese
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
grated rind of 1/2 lemon
1 T lemon jouice
1/4 cup raisins
In addition:
3 T sifted powdered sugar
===以下是做法===
1.Mix flour whit eggs, milk and salt to form a smooth batter.
For best results, use an electric mixer.
Let stand approx. 30 minutes.
2.For the filling,cream butter whith sugar and egg yolks.
fold in drained baker's fold in drained baler's chheese,
vanilla, salt, lemon zest and jouice.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixtrue.
Lastly,add rinsed and towel-dried raisins.
3.Melt butter in a large akillet.
Ladle in about 1/8 od the batter and tip the skillet slightly to cover bottom
with batter.
Make a total of 8 "Palatschinken"or crepes over moderate
heat intil both sides are golden.
4.Spread cheese mixture over each individual crepe,
roll and serve dusted whith powdered suger.
这是vienna 的 recipe 跟法式的crepe稍微有点不同
