拜托大家帮我润色一下...
因为是第一次要写出正式会议的英文司仪稿
我本身也没有专业的翻译背景
所以想请大家帮帮忙...
1.xxx会议即将开始,请各位来宾关掉您随身携带的行动电话,呼叫器
及闹表(我搞不太懂这是什麽...)
谢谢您的合作!
这里我是直接翻 xxx Conference is going to begin,(自己觉得这里好像用的不太恰当)
Please turn off your cell phone, beeper, and alarm watch(?)
Thank you for your cooperation.
2.首先,请几位来宾为我们致词
First,let us welcome our honorable guests to give us their opening speeches
3.现在,让我们请大会主席xxx进行Plenary speech并主持这场会议
Now, we would like to welcome the session chair xxx to give us
plenary lecture and direct(or host?) the conference .
4.这场会议到此结束,请各位来宾至外面玄关享用点心. 下一场研讨会议开始时间为10:10
地点在地下一楼,请准时入场
This part of the session ends here, please enjoy some refreshments in the lounge(?)
The next conference will begin at 10:10 in the basement floor first.
We appreciate your attention to the time schedule, thank you very much.
5.今天下午会议结束後,5:40在大门口集合,有专车送各位贵宾到xxx餐厅享用晚餐
After today's session, please proceed to the front gate by 5:40. There will
be a shuttle bus for our guests to the resturant "xxx".
We will serve you a delicious dinner and hope you enjoy it.

英文的部份就是我写的 因为是学术研讨性质的会议希望合宜适切而且有礼
