初看,School-Building好像是 (1)盖学校 ---但是不合理,因为硬体建筑不须绩效评分
或是(2)建构某种学习课程 ---但是也很奇怪,因为不该用school这个字
後来看了一下您这篇论文(

我更确定school building指的就是--- 一所学校
然後, 为了确定gains,我於该pdf寻找每个出现该字的句子--- 进步
所以,我的试译：
