原文为中文,要翻成英文 : 本研究资料来源为USPTO之专利资料库,利用Patent　Guider 1.0专利分析软体,以关键字 "ERP"与 "enterprise resource planning"为检索条件,锁定 "Title, Patent Abstract, Claim, Description/Specification" 四栏进行线上专利资料蒐集, data mining时间为2005年4月19日。以application date分析,资料范围开始日期为1995年10月 27日,结束日期为2003年2月7日；以issue date分析,资料范围开始日期为1998年7月28日, 结束日期为2004年12月31日,是故2005年以後公告的专利并不在此次分析范围。 本研究将检索出的专利经过初步浏览後,所得到符合主题的资料共264笔专利,将264笔专利 进行专利地图分析,其分析如下: 我翻的 This research data comes from the patent database of USPTO, using Patent Guider 1.0 patent analyzing software, keywords "ERP" and "enterprise resource planning" as searching condition, four columns "Title, Patent Abstract, Claim, Description/Specification" was blocked to gather patent data online ,date of data mining is on 2005 April 19, using application data to analyse, beginning date of data demand is on 27 October 1995 and end date is on 7 February 2003 ; using issue date to analyze, the beginning date of data demand is on 28 July 1998 and end date is on 31 December 2004, therefore announcement of patent after 2005 is not included in this analyzing demand .
